Requirements
- completed higher legal education from leading law universities (MSU, MGUA, MGIMO, HSE) or studying in the 4th-5th year with the possibility of dedicating significant time to work;
- excellent grades, confirmed by actual knowledge;
- ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations and provide recommendations of practical significance;
- English language proficiency at least at the advanced level, knowledge of legal terminology, translation skills both from and into English;
- analytical abilities, ability to search for, evaluate, and present information in a structured manner, including in the search and summarization of case law;
- work ethic, attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, proficient Russian language and written communication skills, excellent command of MS Office;
Responsibilities
- working as a legal assistant with the opportunity to be involved in projects across various practices;
- searching for and analyzing case law, preparing internal reports, drafting legal opinions and contracts;
- participating in legal audits, document analysis, reviewing and proofreading drafts of opinions and contracts;
- familiarizing oneself with court case materials, organizing and maintaining files on court cases, participating in court hearings;
- interacting with notaries, officials of government agencies, and court staff;
- translating legal documents from English to Russian and vice versa.
