Professional experience

Before joining the AT Law Firm team, Daria worked in consulting department in the consulting department of one of the largest premium real estate agencies, where she advised Russian and foreign clients on real estate issues, represented clients in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts of the Russian Federation.

The spouses requested full-service support for an alternative transaction. Communication with bodies of trusteeship and guardianship was conducted, as well as obtained consent for the transaction, developed and agreed draft transaction documents, supported the transaction at the notary, in the bank, and at the registration stage until full settlement.
A private client requested transaction support for 260 land plots. In the course of work a roadmap of the transaction was developed, documents for the transaction were prepared, the SPA was consented, registration and settlement of the transaction were supported.
Legal due diligence of the real estate unit planned for purchase - mansard-roof converted into an apartment - in a house that is a designated cultural heritage site. A legal report was prepared, which stipulated possible risks in the purchase, and within the framework of work on this project, full support of the transaction was realized.
Agreeing the terms of the transaction for the purchase of the future item - a production workshop - with the Seller's obligations to change the type of permitted use of the land plot, as well as with the condition of further redevelopment of the premises.
Preparation of a roadmap for HNWI regarding tax consequences of the sale of real estate, as well as development of alternative options on the issue of possible lawful reduction of the tax burden.
Representation of the client's interests on the issues of collection of realtor's fees, termination of the advance deposit agreement, invalidation of the sale transaction.
Providing consulting services with respect to analyzing issues on how to protect the territory from development. Preparation of a written brief overview with full legal background of the various options, stages and timelines.
