Yulia Zamyatina specializes in labor law, consulting international and Russian companies on a wide range of Labor law issues, including international aspects, layoffs, dismissals, restructurings, motivation programs, top management, and international employee’s problems. Yulia represents clients in court with Labor law matters.
She also specializes in real estate transactions, legal due diligence of properties, and Yulia has participated in the development of comments on the application of the FIDIC code of practice.
Yulia has been working in legal consulting since 2001.

Consulting the Russian branch of an Italian producer of brake systems on the Labor law issues (development of local regulations, registration of business trips and sick leave, preparation of addendums to employment contracts on changes in working conditions, wage indexation, etc.) on a daily basis.
Consulting the Russian subsidiary of an international resource company on the drafting of documents and management of document turnover in order to comply with employment law and staff hiring (drafting local regulations, drafting employment contracts with top managers and ordinary employees, advising on employee dismissal, etc.) on a daily basis.
Consulting one of the world's largest software developers on issue of staff reduction in its Russian office to optimize the costs of maintaining its Russian subsidiary (drafting staff reduction documents, assisting with dismissal).
Consulting a foreign participant of a Russian IT company on issues related to transferring employees to a telecommuting mode of work (drafting amendments to the Labor Code, drafting an addendum to the employment contract, consulting on issues related to communication with telecommuters, etc.).
Protecting the interests of an employer (one of Russia's largest trucking companies) in a dispute with the CEO challenging dismissal due to termination of the director's powers by resolution of the general meeting of participants.
