Ivan Yaroshinsky specialises in handling disputes of various categories and complexities, including commercial disputes and bankruptcy, representing the interests of clients in arbitrationcommercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
He advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of legal issues. Ivan’s expertise covers civil, corporate, bankruptcy and sanctions law.
Ivan is also involved in comprehensive legal due diligence of businesses.

Professional experience

Ivan joined the AT team after completing his Master’s degree. Previously, he worked at a consulting law firm and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Russia as a legal adviser.

Preparing legal opinions to assist Russian clients in unblocking their assets with a European depository.
Preparation of the legal position for an investment company providing financial services in a dispute regarding the recognition of a loan agreement as a fictitious transaction, concealing a contribution to a partnership.
Support of the procedure for military deregistration of individual clients who left the Russian Federation.
Representing and preparing the legal position of a large holding company in a dispute over recovery of a large debt from a previously friendly partner company.
Regular consulting and support of the activities of an educational fund, which is part of the structure of one of the largest banks in the Russian Federation.
Preparation of due diligence legal opinions.
Representing individual clients in cases of bringing them to subsidiary liability.
