Vladislav advises Russian and international companies in various legal areas, including the litigation in Russian courts, ICAC, as well as legal support of M&A, real estate transactions.

Professional experience

Prior to joining the AT Lawyers team, Vladislav worked at PAO Bank “TRUST”, where he was involved in legal support of distressed assets, insolvency, M&A transactions and liquidation of Russian holding companies. Earlier Vladislav was employed by a major consulting company, where he also provided legal support for distressed assets and insolvency.
