Alexandra works in tax law, contract law, corporate law, currency control practices, as well as practice of «Private clients» (compliance, personal assets management, migration regulations, etc), is experienced in Cybersport practice.

• Advising clients on tax and currency regulation, preparation of personal income tax declarations (3-NDFL), funds flow statements, notifications on opening/closing/ details change of accounts in foreign banks, notifications on participation in foreign companies, notifications of controlled foreign companies, clarifications, applications, responses to the tax authorities’ requests;
• Advising and supporting private clients on various issues, including migration issues, obtaining licenses to unblock assets, compliance procedures of banks and other financial institutions, etc;
• Supporting cybersport teams, advising on the regulation of legal relations with contractors and players, preparation of various types of contracts;
• Supporting the procedure for establishing JSC/LLCs, purchase and sale transactions of shares in Russian companies, preparation of corporate approvals of Russian companies, support of JSCs and LLCs’ activities, fulfillment of registration actions in relation to JSCs and LLCs

Prior to joining AT Law Firm, Alexandra interned at the Russian Non-Governmental Organization «Association of Lawyers of Russia», where received experience in application of rules of public and private international law.
