Aleksandra advises Russian and foreign individuals and legal entities on personal and corporate matters, including litigation support in Russian courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts of all instances, as well as provides subscription support of clients’ business activities.

Professional experience

Prior to joining the AT team, Aleksandra worked at Russian law firms for more than 3 years, where she was involved in dispute resolution projects and also participated in corporate law projects of the firms. Previously, Alexandra also worked at the judicial office of a magistrate judge of Moscow and at a chemical reagents supply company, where she provided comprehensive legal support.

Projects

Represented a foreign client (father) in a dispute over the return of children illegally held in Russia to the UK on the basis of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (The Hague, October 25, 1980).
Represented an inheritor who renounced an inheritance under the condition of increasing his share in a foreign inheritance from 12.5% to 25% by agreement with the other inheritors (which they subsequently renounced), in a dispute over the invalidation of the renunciation.
Represented clients in divorce proceedings.
Participated in supporting the operations of the Science Foundation.
Participated in supporting the operations of cyber sports teams.
