• Preparation of documents for opening accounts in a Russian Depository, transfer of shares between accounts, co-operation with Banks.
• Drafting legal opinions, analytical reports on issues regulated by Russian and Foreign law.

Prior to joining AT Law Firm, Maria completed an internship at Credendo – Ingosstrakh Credit Insurance (Credendo Group), her duties included preparation of legal opinions in connection with the current sanctions and counter-sanctions legislation.
