The Form and Format of the Request for an Extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers Have Been Updated
As of January 15, the Federal Tax Service of Russia has updated the form and format of the request for an extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers (USRTP).
The new form allows applicants to specify the conditions for generating the extract. Depending on their purpose, taxpayers may select the set of information they require. It is now possible to request the document with respect to one or several constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as to choose specific grounds for tax registration—for example, separately for property or for vehicles.
The updated forms enable users to more precisely indicate the scope of information needed, such as across multiple regions or based on specific registration grounds. The universal form is suitable for both individuals and legal entities, and an electronic extract signed with a digital signature is now legally equivalent to a paper version.
