The Federal Tax Service plans to change the list of countries that automatically exchange financial information with the Russian Federation
The Federal Tax Service has published a draft order “On approval of the List of foreign states (territories) with the competent authorities of which the automatic exchange of country reports is carried out.”
It is proposed to exclude from the list 27 European countries that unilaterally declared and stopped automatic exchange of information with the Russian Federation, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia.
Albania, Cameroon, the Dominican Republic, Mauritania and Papua New Guinea, the territories of Montserrat and the Faroe Islands are proposed to be included in the list.
