Ministry of Digital Development to add tax return data to the digital profile of legal entities
The Ministry of Digital Development proposes expanding the digital profile of legal entities by adding nine new categories of data, including information from tax returns.
Specifically, this includes data on income of individual entrepreneurs under the simplified taxation system, excise tax returns, agricultural tax returns, property tax declarations, as well as information on insurance payments and depersonalized personal income tax data.
The main purpose of these changes is to create a unified, reliable data framework to accelerate electronic interaction between citizens, businesses, and the state. With the consent of companies, the data will be transferred between government agencies via the Interagency Electronic Interaction System (SMEV) within seconds.
The draft resolution provides for the phased implementation of these changes from October 1, 2025, to January 1, 2027.
The draft is currently open for public consultation.
