FTS clarified the grounds for recognizing the address of a legal entity as misrepresented
The Federal Tax Service of Russia has the right to refuse state registration of an address if there is confirmed information about the misrepresentation of the address of a legal entity.
In particular, the following circumstance may indicate the misrepresentation of the above information: the address is indicated as the address of a large number of other legal entities, in respect of all or a significant part of which there is information that communication with them at this address is impossible.
The FTS must exhaustively motivate their refusal, indicating both the relevant law and all the specific circumstances.
