Changes in procedure for holding general meetings of JSC/LLC shareholders

As of March 1, amendments to the laws on JSC/LLC come into force, which establish and expand the regulation of the following formats of general meetings of shareholders: meeting, absentee voting, meeting combined with absentee voting, meeting with remote participation.

Despite the technical and clarifying nature of the amendments, we recommend changing the Charters to avoid possible contradictions between present Charters and current legislation.
