AT successfully defended the client in an international shipment damages dispute
The client engaged AT team after they lost damages claim in the court of first instance due to weak evidence.
On appeal, AT’s lawyers proved that the defendant, a carrier company, has in fact received goods for transportation, and their objections were formalistic and were contradicted by the correspondence. The court held for the client despite the lack of an executed acceptance document.
The decision of the first instance court was overturned, and the client’s claim was satisfied in full.
