AT successfully defended mother’s interests in child custody dispute

A Russian family lived in a foreign country. The conflict began when the father relocated their 3 children to Russia without the mother’s consent.

The children had lived with their father in Russia for a year.

The case was complicated by the fact that the mother lived abroad, the guardianship authorities supported the father, and during the court interview, one child preferred to remain with the father.

We demonstrated to the court that the mother could offer superior living conditions and development opportunities.

The court ruled in our favor, placing all children with their mother.
