As a rule, the clients’ assets were jointly owned by spouses.

Advising and representing the owner of a major real estate development company, for which we drafted and provided support for a prenuptial agreement modifying the ownership regime of the family assets, and a will that determined the distribution of assets among the heirs, with provisions for sub-assigning heirs, appointing an executor, etc.
