Legal support of the client’s divorce proceedings in Spain, assistance in the division of property with the spouse based on the results of the trial. As part of the project, our lawyers assisted the client in tracing assets in the Russian Federation, in determining their legal status in terms of their possible partition between the spouses in divorce proceedings, and prepared an opinion on the relevance and admissibility of the assets found between the spouses for the process in the Spanish courts.

Within the framework of the project, the Firm prepared a detailed analysis of adoption proceedings, including, if the clients will be applied for as Russian or Canadian citizens, the lawyers interacted actively with the guardianship and custody authorities.
