For more than 20 years, “AT Law Firm” specialises in:

  • Supporting turnkey liquidation procedures of Russian companies;
  • Providing liquidator services;
  • Representing the interests of the liquidator.

As part of our corporate practice, in 2009 we established a separate company “AT Management Company”, through which we provide specialised services for both company formation and management, as well as liquidation services.
Services such as: Assuming the role of liquidator of Russian companies (after verifying the financial position and agreed compensation from the client), and ensuring that all necessary governmental checks, including tax checks, are passed and that the liquidation process is completed.

Practice services include, but are not limited to:
  • Legal support of the procedure of voluntary liquidation of legal entities with different legal and organisational forms;
  • Exclusion of inactive legal entities from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities by decision of the tax authorities;
  • Liquidation of legal entities through bankruptcy;
  • Liquidation of LLC;
  • Support of the sale of a legal entity to a foreign business;
  • Transfer of foreign business to Russian management.

Acting as liquidator of six Russian financial market companies for a large international bank in Russia (Deutsche bank); preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for liquidation;
representing the company during tax audits, engaging accounting experts as necessary, coordinating all procedures with the client and organising deregistration of the liquidated companies;

Representing the liquidator of a Russian property development company in preparing and filing a liquidation petition; assisting in preparing a liquidation balance sheet; representing the client in a state audit and in court.
