- The firm acts as the local manager of the Russian branch of an Italian company that is a leader in the production of automotive components. Our role is to communicate with employees, represent the client before state authorities, initiate and conduct shareholder meetings and related contractual work, maintain document flow, and maintain company files;
- The firm acts as a local representative of the Moscow branch of a Cypriot holding company with real estate in Russia; organising the property renovation process; engaging contractors, construction supervision; managing the branch; organising and supervising accounting, tax reporting and providing regular reports to the client;
- We provide corporate manager (de facto general manager) services to the corporate structure of a family office owning various properties, including mansions and farmland; liaising with employees and government agencies; overseeing accounting; managing contractors, and representation before government agencies;
- The firm acts as an external management company for a real estate holding company of a foreign client planning real estate development; establishment and registration of the RF LLC; organisation of all necessary documents; control over accounting, reporting to the client;
- Acting as liquidator of six Russian financial market companies for a large international bank in Russia (Deutsche Bank); preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for liquidation; representing the company during tax audits, engaging accounting experts as necessary, coordinating all procedures with the client and organising deregistration of the liquidated companies;
- Representing the liquidator of a Russian property development company in preparing and filing a liquidation petition; assisting in preparing a liquidation balance sheet; representing the client in a state audit and in court.
