* Permanent representation of the Maltese parent company acting on the Russian market in connection with the conversion of $30 million of promissory note debt to be redeemed; drafting restructuring agreements, subscription agreements, escrow agreements; cooperating with lawyers in Malta, Cyprus and the United Kingdom. - Represented a major Russian construction company in restructuring its $300 million debt to foreign funds; developed possible security arrangements, including pledges of property rights, mortgages and other.
