The RF Supreme court recognized that loss of interest in the use of premises is not a reason for termination of a lease agreement. This conclusion was the reason for dismissal of claim of bank “VTB” on termination of lease agreement. Bank “VTB” was in position that a mere possibility of early termination provided in the lease agreement without specifying particular terms is sufficient for early termination of such lease agreement.
