The RF State Duma has introduced a bill changing the rules of inheritance of property. It is planned to introduce the concept of “inheritance agreement” that allows the testator, inter alia, to bind the heirs with obligations of proprietary or non-proprietary character. Spouses will have a right to draw a joint will. According to the new rules collecting of necessary documents confirming the rights to the inheritance will be performed by notaries.
