The RF President signed the Law on state registration of real estate. The Law provides conducting the Unified State Register of real estate, which brings together all the information about the objects of real estate and rights on them, solely in electronic form. An application for state registration of rights or cadastral registration may be filed anywhere in the RF regardless of the real property location. Besides, the terms of state registration of rights to real property and cadastral registration will be significantly reduced. The Law will come into force on 01.01.2017.
