The RF Ministry of Justice has prepared a Bill, according to which information on notarized powers of attorney shall be posted on the Internet. The following information will be available to the public: information on the content of power of attorney, a person, who certified it, date of certification, its registration number, date and time of entering information on revocation of power of attorney. The Bill also provides establishment of a unified interagency electronic interaction system for confirmation of the content of notarized powers of attorney.
