The RF Government is going to introduce to the State Duma a bill, which will govern the indebtedness collection activity. The bill establishes a closed list of methods, by which interaction between a debtor and execution creditor may be exercised. The bill prohibits direct interaction with a debtor for all persons except for creditors and professional execution creditors, which register will be maintained by the authorized state body. Debtor will also be obliged to act in good faith in relation to the execution creditor.
