The RF Federal Tax Service has revealed the ultimate beneficiary by receiving the information from the Netherlands tax authorities.

05.12.2014 Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region dismissed the complaint of CJSC “Avtotor-Management” on the decision of the RF Federal Tax Service on additional charge of income taxes, fees and penalties. The authority proved its position, inter alia, by presenting information on the beneficiary of a Dutch company of the group including CJSC “Avtotor-Management”. The information was obtained from the Netherlands tax authorities.
