The RF Border Service of the Federal Security Service has given clarifications on its official website in relation to minors’ travelling abroad. If a minor travels abroad with one parent, the consent to travel from the second parent is not required, provided that no formal objection from the second parent has been submitted. If a minor travels without parents, he/she shall have a notarized consent to travel from at least one parent.
