The moratorium on antimonopoly inspections of IT companies has been partially lifted

On March 20, the Russian Government adopted Resolution No. 340, according to which Russian anti-monopoly authorities are allowed to conduct inspections of accredited IT companies in cases where they show signs of:
- anticompetitive agreements
- monopolistic activity
- non-compliance with legislation governing public procurement bidding
Please be reminded that there is now a moratorium introduced by Russian Government Resolution No. 448 dated March 24, 2022, on any antimonopoly inspections of accredited IT companies
