The bill on amendments to the RF Administrative Code, according to which administrative offenses shall be divided into major, significant and less significant, was introduced to the RF State Duma. A major offense creates threat to human life and (or) health, the RF national safety. It may be punished by liquidation of a legal entity or termination of an individual entrepreneur’s activity. However, the authors of the bill hold a discussion regarding the introduction of this punishment.
