The AT team supported the purchase of a residential house and land plots in an elite club-type cottage village in the Moscow region.

A Russian entrepreneur requested the AT Law Firm to conduct a legal due diligence of real estate before purchase, as well as to support the purchase of a house and land plots with a total area of more than 4,500 square metres. A full report was prepared for the client indicating the risks associated with the location of objects in the zone with special conditions of use of territories. The AT team helped the client to purchase real estate objects in a short period of time, the transaction documents included recommendations on minimising the identified risks, including compensation for the client’s losses in case of their realisation.
