Russian taxpayers holding the accounts with foreign banks and other financial market institutions shall file a statement of cash flows and other financial assets on foreign accounts for the year 2023 until June 3, 2024

In addition to personal and declarable account details, the report also includes:
- balance on January 01, 2023.
- sum of all deposits to the account for 2023.
- sum of all expenses (“debits”) on the account for 2023.
- balance on December 31, 2023.
If there is also a brokerage account, the report shall contain information on such account in the following scope:
- financial assets value on January 01, 2023
- sum of all deposits to the brokerage account for 2023
- sum of all debits on the account for 2023
- financial assets value on December 31, 2023
The report must be filed by those Russian citizens who have lived in the Russian Federation for 183 days or more between January 01, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
If you have an account in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan or a country with auto-exchange with Russia and at the same time the following conditions are met, you may not submit the report:
- the amount of money credited to or debited from the account for 2023 does not exceed RUB 600 000.
- the balance of money on the account as of December 31, 2023 is not more than RUB 600 000.
The penalty for non-submission of the report will be RUB 3 000.
