Russian LLCs may be entitled to use model charters.

Russian LLCs may be entitled to use model charters. In accordance with a bill, introducing amendments to the RF Civil Code, Federal laws on LLCs and on state registration of legal entities, types of model charters with facilitated state registration procedure will be adopted by authorized body. Approval and submission of the original version of the charter to a state body in paper or electronic will not be required, except for specification of its type. Information on LLC will be filed with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities without indicating such information in the charter.
