RF leading banks renounce customers having doubtful reputation. According to media, the RF Central Bank based on Letter of RF Central Bank №236-Т “On increasing focus of credit organizations to certain customers transactions ” sends to banks lists of “doubtful” clients and requests information on their financial activities. The banks are obliged to report to the RF Central Bank about the measures taken. Despite the absence of direct reference to close the accounts of such customers, the banks often used this right.
