Regulations governing transactions with state land extended to 2024

Russian Government Regulations No. 102 of 02 February, 2024 extend until the end of 2024 the term of temporary regulations imposed by Regulations 09.04.22 № 629, enabling Russian persons and entities lease and buy state or municipal land without public sales procedure for certain type of use, including production of import-substituting products. It is not possible to change the type of permitted use of such land plot. The state can also forcibly swap private land for state land for the infrastructure use during 2024.
