Regulation of real estate transactions with unfriendly non-residents

The government commission for control over foreign investments («GC») issued a consent extending the permission for Russian residents to sell real estate (except for aircrafts and vessels) to foreign entities associated with “unfriendly” states, as well as to legal entities under their control.
