Permissions for the transactions by guardship and curatorship agency

On October 12, 2023, the State Duma of the Russian Federation will consider the bill (No. 379430–8) on providing citizens with new means of obtaining the permissions of the real estate transactions from the guardship and curatorship agency. Thus, it is proposed to request and receive the said permissions via multifunctional centers (MFC) or Public Services Portal (gosuslugi.ru).
Further, the bill allows the guardship and curatorship agency to send their permissions directly to credit organizations if the approved transaction relates to the setting of the mortgage or the mortgaged property.
