He has experience in representing clients in court proceedings and in drafting corporate acts and preparing legal positions in court cases and other procedural documents for courts of general jurisdiction, courts of arbitration.

Before joining “AT Lawyers” team William worked at a Russian law firm where he supported projects related to protection of minority shareholders’ and investors’ interests on the securities market.
