On September 18, 2014 our firm secured a preliminary consent of the RF Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for our client – an international investment company with respect to acquisition of rights allowing to determine conditions of business operation of a Russian limited liability company. Business of the Russian LLC relates to manufacture and sale of automotive components.
