On August 17 Ekaterina Sidenko, an associate of the Company, received a degree of Master of Laws in American business law. Within the frames of the Master of Laws program Ekaterina studied in Moscow (Pericles ABLE Project) and in the USA (Widener University, Delaware). She specialized mostly in corporate law, securities regulation, M&A transactions, as well as basics of English law. In the Company Ekaterina is usually involved in real estate, corporate and commercial law projects.
