Notaries may certify decisions of a legal entity governing body since 01.01.2015. In accordance with amendments to the Fundamental Principles of Legislation of the RF on Notaries, notaries may be present at decision-making by legal entities’ governing bodies and issue certificates of verification of decisions. A notary proves the legal entity’s capacity, its governing body competence, necessary quorum and required number of votes. The notary shall refuse to issue a certificate if voidance of the decision is obvious. Fee for a notary’s presence at the meeting is 3000 rub. per hour.
