Notaries, insurance and credit organizations shall not be entitled to require clients to present extracts from Land register. On October 13, 2015 amendments simplifying the procedure of state registration of title on real estate came into force. In accordance with the new rules the notaries, credit and insurance institutions cannot require from their clients to provide information contained in the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Therewith or in the State Real Estate Cadaster. These bodies shall obtain such information on their own in electronic form.
