We would like to inform you of basic amendments to the Russian legislation.

1. Government of the Russian Federation prepares to introduce in the Russian State Duma a Bill “On the amendments to a number of the Russian legal acts regarding cancellation of some categories of land and become inoperative the Federal Law “On the transfer of lands or land plots from one category to another”.
2. By the end of March 2012 Economic Devel-opment Ministry plans to draft a Bill setting uniform procedure of accounting and registration of land plots and other real estate.
