New Plenary Ruling of the RF Supreme Court dedicated to writ proceedings

The RF Supreme Court (SC) adopted Plenary Ruling, clarifying the application of the provisions of the RF Civil and Commercial Procedure Codes, dedicated to writ proceedings. The document makes special attention on the claim’s features, which could be examined in writ proceedings. As the RF SC noticed, writ proceedings are mandatory for various cases. Furthermore, the Ruling describes the procedure for considering a writ claim as well as aspects of executing and cassational appealing regarding a writ.
