New features of insider information disclosure

Russian Government Decree No. 1587 came into force on September 29, 2023, according to which issuers of issue-grade securities and other insiders have the right to partially disclose insider information if the publication in full may lead to external sanctions against insiders and other persons.
The Decree also approved a new list of insider data subject to disclosure, including information about persons who were members of the insider’s management bodies over the past 3 years, about persons among whom they plan to place securities through a private subscription, as well as the conditions for the insider’s reorganization.
