New corporate information disclosure rules

On 4 July 2023, the Government of the RF adopted Regulations No. 1102 which establishes new rules for the disclosure of corporate information.
According to the new Regulations, defense and manufacturing companies, as well as banks and organizations operating in new territories, have the right not to disclose information included in the list provided in the Resolution, such as: information on affiliates, transactions, etc. This decision introduced in order to avoid sanctions.
