Moratorium on unscheduled inspections to be extended

On December 14, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted Resolution No. 2140, according to which the unscheduled regulatory audits of companies by state authorities in 2024 will only be allowed on a reduced number of grounds. for example, in the event of an immediate threat of harm to life or health of citizens. This rule was introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation in Resolution No. 2020 dated November 29, and initially was effective until 31.12.2023
