In November 12, 2013 partner of our firm Mr. Sergei V. Alimirzoev took part as a speaker at European Private Clients conference that took place in Geneva, Switzerland. In his speech Mr. Alimirzoev highlighted specific actions announced by the RF government for fighting use of off-shores, the RF legislation in this sphere, court practice.
