Hereby we inform you, that on 30.06.2013 Federal law dated 28.06.2013 № 134-FZ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in part of counteraction with illegal financial transactions” entered into force.

The Law amends 23 legislative acts, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Russian Federation Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, federal laws “On operative-investigative activity”, “On Banks and banking activity”, “On counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism” and others.
