Lawyers of AT Law Firm successfully defended the client in a dispute on establishment of parental relations.
The plaintiffs asked to establish the fact of paternity for the purposes of subsequent entry into the inheritance. The court refused to satisfy the requirements in full, the case was considered in record time.
The lawyers of AT Law Firm managed to prove in the court session that the purpose of the claim was selfish motives to obtain the right to inheritance, and not the realisation of the right of children to know their parents.
In addition, the court agreed with AT’s arguments that such rights could have been realised by the plaintiffs earlier, but they voluntarily waived them during the lifetime of the testator.
