From July 01, 2016 companies will be able to obtain a tax ruling on contemplated transactions. The RF Federal Tax Service developed provisions on tax monitoring regime, whereunder companies had to provide to the Federal Tax Service access to the accounts, books and records of the company. This option will only be available for companies having income and assets in excess of 3 bln. RUR and the amount of paid taxes is not less than 300 mln. RUR. This new development will help taxpayers to insure against claims in the event of changes in the tax practice.
